Artwork can be emailed to info@uneedshirts.com  in the following formats:
CorelDraw - .CDR file
Illustrator - .AI File
Photoshop - .EPS or .PSD
Acrobat - .PDF
All artwork will be billed a minimum $15.00 art charge.
All artwork must be approved by signature before production begins.
Returns and Refunds:
Print Plus Sportswear will reprint any item or job that is not to the satisfaction of the client
by means of wrong color(s) printed, hole in garment, wrong color apparel, color bleeding
or wrong sizes. We cannot return items do to incorrect size ordered by our customers.
We do not offer refunds on any custom imprinted jobs. All claims must be made by emailing us at info@uneedshirts.com or by contacting us directly at 309-242-6790. All claims must be made
within 72 hours from receipt of shipment. Failure to make a claim within 72 hours will void the reprint
policy.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Bloomington. Final invoice totals will reflect this charge.
Production:
All orders are produced in the order they are received. Standard production time is 5-9 working
days from the time of artwork approval and size confirmation. Orders are subject to additional production
time from original date if the following delay production:
- Artwork approval is not complete
- Apparel is unavailable or back ordered
- Promotional Products are unavailable or back ordered
Minimum orders:
Print Plus Sportswear requires a minimum order 12 pieces per logo for established clientele. This can be a
mixture of any product style, color, or size. If you have less than 12 items, we ask that you provide the
shirts and we will print them at a rate of $10.00 per shirt (1 color front) each additional color add $5.00.
Our policies are that if you provide merchandise to be printed Print Plus Sportswear will not be held
liable under any circumstance for prints that may wash out or a garment that is misprinted or damaged
in any way, shape or form. If you bring your own merchandise for print you agree to have it printed at
your own risk. There will be no replacements or refunds.
Sample Kits:
Print Plus Sportswear can provide your company/organization with samples of your finished product on all
orders over 12 pieces. Sample kits are available and are priced according to samples requested. ex.
1 T-shirt, 1 Hooded Sweatshirt, 1 Long sleeve t-shirt and 1 Zip Hoodie.
Print and Image:
Print Plus Sportswear is committed to family and community. Therefore it is our policy to only print
images in good taste. We simply will not print on any article images that are racial, offensive
or foul language, negative political or sexually demeaning. We value our clients and our community and will
never capitalize on negativity.
